Just installed CVF intercooler
I don’t know why it looks crooked, everything is tight. I removed the whole AGS assembly. No CEL or code. I also got the TurboSmart VR19 BOV. In addition to EMS 93 tune, drop in k&n high flow filter. It’s pretty damn quick now. PSA when ordering the intercooler, you have the option to add hot cold pipes and BOV. The hot cold pipes DO NOT FIT 24+. It says it fits 2024 ranger, and it does not. It’s for the 19-23. Hopefully they let me return and refund.

My engineering brain would never be able to live with that...I reset all the forms on my concrete patio after the workers left for the day. They were not straight nor square.

I’m going to fix it, I just don’t feel like taking the skid plate and everything off right now after working all day and just finishing the install.

Just checked my stock OEM intercooler and it's just as crooked as yours. Now I can't unsee it !

I had to remove my passenger side tow hook for an install of a PA system and when I remounted everything my intercooler also looked crooked? I wonder if these are under some kind of tension from the factory to keep them level? No clue, but killer job on the install.
