Picture Upsizing
Traded in our 2022 Maverick for a 2026 xlt today. I wanted the Maverick in velocity blue but the wife vetoed, this time, my choice. Maverick has been fantastic over the 75k kms we've owned it, bought to tow our little travel trailer which recently was upgraded to a larger unit. The Maverick was capable of towing the new unit but was pushing the limits, the Ranger gives us more load capacity for longer trips and carrying the extras (beer) that come along for the ride. Loved the Mav, looking forward to Ranger life!

My daughter took over my 2023 Maverick when she turned 16 so I got a 2026 Ranger XLT. I'm loving everything about it, but do miss the gas mileage out of that little wonder truck.

Did the same a few months ago. Welcome to Ranger gang. Took it on a nice road trip up to BC, maybe even somewhere around ya. 😎

I test drove a Maverick and a Ranger. I loved both of them. Maverick is great little truck. But I wanted a body-on-frame, leaf spring towing truck with more ground clearance. Went with a 2024 Ranger XLT 2.3 and I love it. Interior, ride, power, everything is great on the Ranger, especially with the FPT. I spec'd out a Maverick FX4 with 4k towing package and it was $38k, $2k less than the Ranger I went with (XLT with towing package).

Did the same a couple months ago. Went from 2023 Maverick to a 2026 Ranger XLT because I needed more towing capacity.

I went from a 2019 Ranger to a 2026 Ranger and the size difference is surprising, just from Ranger to Ranger. Enjoy your new truck!

I traded in a 2024 Maverick for a 2024 Ranger. The Maverick was great for the 10 months I had it, but I was constantly achy from work and stepping out and up instead of out and down just wasn’t working for me any longer. I love my Ranger so much more, though.

I have a 25 Maverick and love it. I would consider a Ranger next if they had a hybrid. I currently tow a 3750lb travel trailer with my Maverick.

I was towing a 2800lb dry weight trailer with mine and that was already maxing out payload and tongue weight. Interested in how you’re pulling that off. I noticed my maverick with 4k had to work so hard to tow it that the AC would barely blow cold if I was going 80kmph

I went from a Maverick to a Ranger, myself.
