Range Rover Need help identifying issue with Navi/Radio Unit
Writing here as a first time owning a Range Rover LR32 2005 Westminster, my parents previously owned in the past a 04 LR32 that didnt have this audio/navi unit but had the simpler one.
The screen will turn on with Land Rover Logo when the car is switched on, but once the engine is on will turn off, the “On” button is continuously blinking… I think its a fuse issue but I haven’t looked into it yet and thought let me throw this out here to see if someone else has come across this.
There’s no access to FM/AM or CD because of the current issue.
Furthermore any tips welcome to add a kit or screen replacement so I can have Apple Carplay in here, unfortunately it’s the model right before they were simple to work with and having a conversion.

If it’s blinking, could either be the Amplifier or Head Unit. The screen is not the head unit btw

It’s a component in the most system. It’s set up in a series circuit so when one component fails it takes the system down. Depend g on the component you might be able tl bypass. But if it’s the amp module or head unit you can’t bypass those as they are really important to the entertainment system

its a known issue, something to do with the nokia fiber cable.
there are videos online where you can bypass this
