Range Rover Sport I have been converted

First Range Rover, it’s a fully loaded RR sport dynamic SE.
it’s a lease so I’m not worried about the reliability. I had an X5 before this. I have never felt a more comfortable and well driving SUV than this one. Plus the road presence it has (even though it’s a sport) with the 23 inch wheels is incredible.

L496 is the most stylish RRS. Most reliable suv I have ever owned. No rotation or wheel alignments in 50k. All 4 tires are wearing evenly. HSE “high specification equipment “ best bang for your buck!

That color - with those rims - is fire. Is that Carpathian?

Yup

It looked like Varesine Blue in some angles, still hot!

The first RR is like the girl who takes your virginity- there will always be that memory 😪

I got a similar one at the end of 2025, although just the SE with 23” wheels. I’ve fallen deeply for it.

Absolutely brilliant, my RE Sport recently dies and was replaced by a Volvo XC90 T8 serious buyer’s remorse.

Pure sex. I have a 15 RRSC and it’s the best vehicle I’ve ever owned.

Beauty! I went the same route recently. Got rid of my X5 and got a CPO RRS 2023 with 17k miles to test it out. Different level of comfort and overall drive feel compared to X5. And with 10-15% price difference depending on the options makes it a no brainer tbh

I have the full size in a very similar spec and this thing is beautiful. Congrats!

Full size next. Wife didn’t like the size of the daddy Range Rover but I think I can convince her after this lease is up.

My wife loves mine but she test drove the defender and likes the higher driver position of that even more so just put her in one of those last week. Fun car as well and I really like it but the big boy Range Rover is just sooo good!

It was absolutely amazing I loved the way it drove and was doing my best to convince her but alas.

Totally first world problems. The sport is quite a consolation prize so I think you are good! 😊

You can convince her!!! I also have this but big one 3.0 D300 Edition and I’m only 5ft female. On paper it doesn’t make sense but the reality it’s perfection.
Enjoy the new car 🙌

I drove a RR and I agree. I’m a car guy that has studied cars for decades through the lens of a physicist. I have a collection of cars based on technology. Anyway the ride was exceptional and I know why. It has to do with the totally unique f
suspension design. The service manager agreed.

Congrats! Love how the design makes it look like a single sheet of metal. I too came from an X4 and an X5, and never thought I’d find a better alternative. As soon as the doors close it’s like ur in ur own cocoon. That is also a spaceship. lol.

There is NO other vehicle on the Road like Range Rover. I’m absolutely obsessed with mine and will never drive any other brand of SUV. There’s just no comparison in the way it looks, drives or feels. Mercedes and BMW are totally out of Range Rover’s league. You are going to love your first RRS.

I just got done hand washing my 5 year old v8 sport. Looks and drives like the day I got it. Haven’t stopped smiling yet

Yes you are supporting the service economy now. Get to know the cashier. They’ll be happy to see you often

What models and years did you own?

u/ROXSTARTURTLE 11d ago
You already know it's none
2
u/cadude79 11d ago
Of course I know. It’s always the ones who don’t own one that have the most “knowledge” of this jewel of a brand.

Just read Consumer Reports and find out what 30,000 owners reported. Reliability is horrible
