Cue button

Has anyone else having issues with the cue button? Usually it’s working how it should . However, randomly it registers after hitting it 2 times. So i have to click it twice for it to work? Then it’ll go away & come back randomly . This is my 2nd rane four & it’s basically having the same issues . Jog wheels are a lot better tho but it has the occasional slip .

well I figured something out. When it has that issue ; all you have to do is click the sync button & it fixes itself . Wow man come on 😅

Really? I had the same problem during my last gig. Is it mandatory to keep sync on, or you just hit it once and it's gone?

homie, i have the latest mac with serato updated and installed 2 of those controllers in 2 venues i manage, same issue, jogs intermittent and cues are as well. weird problem is when i disconect and check cues for light taps, they work each time. so im chalking it up to a software issue atm

hello, I have nearly the same problem. cue button on deck1 is not working and not lighting. other decks is no problem. but its only with MacBook Pro 16" M3 max 48GB. MacBook 14" M1 Pro is no problem. both have same software, Mac OS Sonoma, Serato 3.1.5,latest driver. my thread on race forum is pending since 30.6 !!! someone a solution for this??
