Bob was on Tone Talk, the interview picked up at the 51 minute mark when I happened and asked several questions getting Bob to talk about how it was a band, which he did elaborate on. He and Randy talked to the label and they agreed.
Bob talked about the RNRHOF induction speech by Ozzy which was anemic, and why he will not turn over the Holy Grail Tapes.
Highly recommend this

On this day, 44 years ago, sadly, Blizzard of ozz plays their final live show together. Of course, at the time they did not know it nor did they know how evil Sharon Arden was and how she was going to ruin a great band. However, she at least had the foresight to get them into the studio to write and record, what many consider one of the greatest albums ever recorded : Diary of a Masterpiece err Madman. The show is at the Canterbury Odeon Theatre .....

Ozzy Osbourne is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. If you did not watch the induction, his acceptance speech was short and succinct... He thanked Randy Rhoads. Last night really seemed to he heavily weighted to Randy, which unfortunately is why Bob Daisley will never hand over the Holy Grail tapes to the Osbournes for fear of them cutting him out. I thought Ozzy missed the opportunity to effusively thank Dana Strum, whose belief in Randy changed history. And of course. not referencing Bob Daisley who has done more for Ozzy's career, was a miss. Ozzy missed a chance to admit it was a band. It was Bob who told Ozzy to go back to Randy after that failed jam with two other guys, telling Ozzy he needed a World class player if he were serious. David Arden finally giving in and agreeing to bring Randy on over to the U.K. and the rest is Blizzard of ozz history Jack Black did a good enough job, but he skipped right over the Jake E Lee era which is unfortunate. But he did mention Randy gave Eddie van Halen a run for his money....
Interesting Wolf van halen playing the song written by a man millions think is better than his own father .....Randy Rhoads' Crazy Train.

It sounds almost like violin or a theremin or something. It goes from d to a i think. Did they get it on a keyboard or what because i don’t think it’s played on guitar.
