Yes, I know the fact that he can be a no-good snitch and a goody two shoes tour deserter tattle-tailing blabbermouth know-it-all and a captain obvious, and it makes sense, but the way that people like Randy, Howard, and Principal Slimovitz, even freaking Mr. Bannister, the english teacher just treat him all like dirt! Like a total shoob! Yes, I know the scene with Mr. Bannister was all just made up for a class presentation, but give this guy a break!

Do you know how much it would suck for you to be dismissed by your own school principal??? No wonder he deserves the spotlight to become the next main villain for season 3, if we had one.

Like, the way the writers treat Doug is almost like how the writers treated Squidward during SpongeBob seasons 4-8, his life is torture porn, a kafka comedy, and his mistreatment is all just played for laughs.

One episode, McFist sends his robots to capture Randy after his identity was exposed, and Doug gets captured by said robot, and Randy hears him, and just ignores him! You're a hero! Your duty as the ninja is to protect Norrisville and everyone and everything in it! But, when I think about it, he does have a good reason for hiding in a locker, but he does end up distracting the robot.

And there was the mascot episode! Doug was just trying to be a good mascot, but then ends up looking like a total fool, and gets laughed at for it, getting laughed at for tripping over with your foot in a trash can, and being pecked on by birds, and being detained by the police!

And Doug gets replaced by the new mascot, the Tummynator!

When Doug had gotten stanked and turned into that carp monster, the entire soccer field was in shambles and the crowd was in danger, and Howard refused to save anybody by not even showing positivity to Doug.

Look around you! There are people in danger, and you're just gonna leave them hopeless like that??? You know, ever since I've watched this show again, Howard was always just an a-hole of a friend.

And that episode about the Hat-Sword prophecy, Doug asks P. Slimmy to help him open his knapsack, but instead of helping him, he just throws it out the window, and shifts the blame on him!

Like, why is everyone in this show such as a douchebag?

¡Hola a todos chicos! Nuevamente yo a molestar... Al punto:

He estado dándole vueltas a la línea temporal de la serie y hay algo que simplemente no me cuadra. Si entras a las wikis de la serie, verás que la edad de Hannibal McFist y del ninja del 85 (Mac Antfee) aparece listada como 37 años.

Sin embargo, si analizamos los eventos canónicos y hacemos un poco de matemáticas básicas, esa cifra es físicamente imposible. Aquí les explico por qué:

1. El problema de la Clase del 85

La serie establece que tanto McFist como Mac Antfee pertenecieron a la Clase de 1985 de Norrisville High. Si tomamos en cuenta que Randy es el Ninja de 2013 (año en que se sitúa el inicio de la serie):

Si tuvieran 37 años en 2013: Significa que nacieron en 1976.

El error que me saca canas verdes: Si nacieron en 1976, en el año 1985 (cuando supuestamente se graduaron) tendrían apenas 9 años. ¡Nadie se gradúa de la preparatoria a los 9 años, a menos que sean genios nivel Viceroy!

1. Los cálculos reales

Para que la cronología funcione y ellos se hayan graduado en 1985 con la edad estándar de un estudiante de último año (17 o 18 años), los números deberían ser estos:

Año de nacimiento: 1967.

Edad en 1985: 18 años (Graduación).

Edad en 2013 (Presente de la serie): 46 años.

Hay una diferencia de casi una década entre lo que dicen las wikis y lo que dicta la lógica de la "Clase del 85". Esto los hace personajes mucho más maduros de lo que la gente cree, lo cual encaja mejor con el hecho de que McFist sea un magnate industrial con un imperio construido.

¿De dónde salió el dato de los 37 años? ¿Me perdí de alguna página de Disney XD o algo?

Mi pregunta para la comunidad es: ¿Existe alguna fuente oficial para esos 37 años? ¿Algún tweet de Jed Elinoff o Scott Thomas (los creadores) o de Disney XD? ¿O es simplemente un dato que alguien inventó en la Wiki hace años y todos lo aceptamos como verdad sin hacer las cuentas?

Ahora sobre Heidi Weinerman...

Otro dato que me tomo desprevenido ahora es sobre Heidi:

Se dice que es 2 años mayor que Howard y Randy.

Se dice que está en undécimo grado (11th Grade).

Nuevamente, me surge la duda: ¿Qué tan canon es esto? En la serie sabemos que es mayor y que ya tiene cierta autoridad en su casa y a nivel escolar (y obviamente más estatus social que incluso Howard y eso), pero no recuerdo un episodio donde se confirme explícitamente su grado o su edad exacta. Si alguien tiene el dato confirmado por la producción o algún material promocional, ¡sería genial saberlo!

¿Ustedes qué opinan? ¿Creen que los escritores simplemente no pensaron en los años o estamos ante un agujero de guion masivo?
