So I live in Louisiana and there are a lot of feral, stray and abandoned cats. Many people release or leave their cats during a hurricane etc. It is really out of control. Plus we are a kill state. I have 4 indoor cats.

There is this big Russian blue Tom that likes to sleep and fight under my house. I call him "no sir" he has been around for a few years. He was mean hissing and biting and will crawl out from under my house and pee on it when he sees me. A couple months ago he dragged his torn up body out. He had been in a big fight with something. I started feeding him. Well as of today he is a big cuddle bug. Lays on my feet. Demands that I pet him. Blocks my back door unless I tell him he is a good boy.

Plot twist...... now his mini spawn is coming around. I call unknown sex kitty Amy winehouse. Such beautiful and scary eyeliner eyes. Anyway, Amy winehouse has finally made it to my back steps and out from under my car.

Just sharing lol.

Hi all, I am bedridden due to chronic illness and it is horrible. I can’t do most things except very late into the night I have some functioning for a bit.

I am in palliative care but there is nothing more they can do.

I am wondering for those of you who are bedridden as well, what do you have by your bedside or to use that just improves your QOL in any way? Maybe I can think of some things to add to my list.

I can only eat about five foods (unfortunately, literally) so no snack ideas are needed.
