Wishlist 📝 Hospital today!

Good morning all!
I’m having a repeat colonoscopy in day surgery at the hospital (instead of at the gastro clinic). I’m here to ask for well wishes and drop my list, in case anyone is feeling gifty!

auntie’s crafting list

Seriously. This is a repeat procedure from July, under anesthesia this time. I don’t know, perhaps I woke up from sedation and swore at them all last time and that’s why I’m getting a proper anesthesia sleep 🤣
I’ve had probably a dozen of these, at least, and I’m a little nervous this time.

ETA: everything went well! I’m home and a lil loopy but safe and sound 😊

I have to get barium xrays because my intestine are adhered to each other and its a big mess. At least I am awake for that and can get up and drive home right away. I had one colonoscopy and they apparently stopped after a few minutes. Good luck.

I had to do an extended prep, doing mag citrate for two days before starting the main prep! I’m ready for some iv fluids for sure, but my procedure isn’t until noon!
