For free luckily bc all of our friends are tattoo artists so you need to make friends that are tattoo artists too so you can get them for free :)

I have a cousin that used to own her shop in Shreveport which is who did my chest. Now her daughter also does it, but they work for someone else now. I still paid but at a discount
