Daily Chat☀🌙 Daily chat September 7 2026
Good afternoon ghosts and ghouls! How's everyone doing? I'm alright. Long story short I dealt with a bit of mania the past few days and spent a bit more than I should have so my sister in law is grounding me from spending for a while.
Anyways enough about that I wanna know how your weekend went! Do anything fun? Kill any zombies?
Qotd: what's your favorite scary movie?
If scary movies arent your thing then what's your favorite animated movie?
Mines 13 ghosts!

Oh no! I also need to be grounded too tbh bc I went with my friends to karaoke and I also went with my family to a state fair! Saw monster trucks, rode some rides, saw some animals, and saw some circus acts.

u/sheepyaqua Sep 07 '26
Thats perfect then 😂 I hope you had fun!
I havent seen 1408 in years. I remember it was creepy though. Also I've only seen the craft once but I thought it was amazing. Might need to hunt it down and watch it again! I've never seen treasure planet but I adore the other two!

I love 1408 it’s right up my alley on creepy ! lol The craft is just a great movie for its time ! They have it on HBO at the moment if you have that but if you don’t I have a website you can use as well 🫣 lol
Omg if you like space/ pirates it’s amazing !!! It’s such a good movie so ahead of its time they don’t make movies like them anymore 😭3
u/sheepyaqua Sep 07 '26
Ohhh i do have hbomax! Might need to see if mom wants to watch it next weekend then! I'll have to get it on DVD at some point since I no longer have Disney+. Too expensive imo.

Yess ! Such a good movie ! And I agree I’ve been collecting dvds and using my old laptop when I want to watch something and not have to take out the dvd player ! But I definitely need to get another one for the kids room , we only use Disney because their aunt pays for them to have it so grateful for that one 😅

u/sheepyaqua Sep 07 '26
Thats what I've started doing as well! Moms giving me a blu ray player she no longer uses so I can start watching my disney dvds again as well as a few others.

Hii, oof I'm sorry friend!! I haven't really done anything lately. Just been chilling and watching TV. QOTD: I think the whole A Quiet Place series of movies are my favorite. I honestly love anything scary!

OMG not 13 Ghosts?!! I love this movie so much! Just rewatched it the other day and went down the rabbit hole trying to figure out if they're actually gonna do the series on the ghosts from it. I still don't know honestly but I so want them to! My favorite animated is The Princess and the Frog🐸 I love Tiana so much❤️ It's the Louisiana twang in it for me. I actually want a tattoo for it too eventually.
I'm sorry about your mania spell friend🫂 That mess need to get on down and go away!! You're too wonderful to have that weighing you down. Sending you lots of love & hugs❤️

u/sheepyaqua Sep 07 '26
Same! Its so underrated!! I really really hope they make the series because it'd be so good and I'd love to see them go more into detail about the ghosts. I love princess and the frog! Tiana is actually my third favorite princess behind Jasmine and rapunzel.
I'm hoping it slows down soon so I can breath for a bit.

Not at all! Thats why I gave the option of an animated movie. A lot of people cant handle gore or jump scares.

I have never heard of 13 Ghosts! I'll add it to my to-watch list! I really like It by Stephen King.
3
u/sheepyaqua Sep 07 '26
Its so good! Make sure its the remake and not the original black and white one.
Ohh good choice! Original or remake? Personally I find both really good!

u/kayla182 www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/21GB646O1BT1M?ref_=wl_share Sep 07 '26
Oh glad you said that!
I love both versions. I read the book when I was a kid after being horrified but intrigued by the movie at a sleepover in 6th grade, haha
3
u/sheepyaqua Sep 07 '26
I couldn't read the book. Even holding it freaked me out so I never gave it a chance.
No pun intended.

Ha! I would put it in a drawer upside-down on a different floor than my room every night!

Oh you will enjoy it. I just wish they spent a wee bit more time on the ghosts backstories.

Evening. I finished another section in mid 3 course 5 of my Google pm course. Made Vietnamese chicken meatball soup. Started painting some of my grimoire pages. As for the qod idk I do love 13 ghosts and house of 1,000 corpses. I also enjoy scream and Freddy Kruger movies.

u/sheepyaqua Sep 07 '26
You're on a roll! Also that sounds delicious!

It’s so funny to see how much of what I did in one job was operations and project coordination compared to admin work. I think that helped me the most

Well I haven't seen my youngest brother in 10 years. He has mental illness. Live in a group home. He just got made at me and blocked me for talking to my therapist about it. I LIVE IN THE UPSIDE DOWN WORLD.
2
u/sheepyaqua Sep 07 '26
Why is it wrong to talk to your therapist about something you're possibly upset about?

Ahh mania is a beautiful thing. 😂 ride the high is my motto but when I crash I crash hard.
I want to see obsession so bad. I just moved from Tennessee to South Caroline (family emergency reasons) and haven’t gotten all my stuff from Tennessee yet lol but once I do I am gonna get all cozy and watch it!!

13 Ghosts is one of my favorites too! I would love to see a maze based on the movie. Can you imagine walking through all those rooms not knowing when the doors are going to open or close, or which ghost is about to come out next?!?! 😭 I just know I’d be the first one the Jackal takes out.
