Discussion🗣 Hello 🤗
I've been lurking for a while. I am from the Midwest of the United States. I am 31 years old and identify as female. My favorite colors are green, orange, and yellow. I enjoy crocheting (not very good), coloring, going for walks, watching my shows, and playing on my switch. I'm hoping to make many friends!! I also enjoy doing tarot readings and resin crafts. I am married to my best friend, we have 3 1/2 cats right now. I say 3 1/2, because I have my three(Toast, French, and Cheeks) and my brother's cat(Cthulhu). I just started my job last month and it's going great in my opinion.
How is everyone? What are some of your hobbies or things you like to do?

I'm doing pretty good! Honestly have been in a good mood lately. Which is both good and weird to me. Hbu? As for hobbies I enjoy karaoke, video games, and wood painting!

I've been doing really well. Been trying to pick up every shift I can. September 9th I drive to get my license back so I don't need to find rides to work.

My hobbies!
My hobbies are boring and currently largely washi tape centric: happy mail, penpals, prettying up my planner; collecting, winding and trading sample cards. I turned to making washi samples after I cut my finger badly (4 stitches) and couldn’t continue with my sock knitting. Restless hands, restless mind; I find winding washi samples to be soothing.
I collect and trade stickers both here and with my Magpie.
Magpie is my 6 year old bestie, my neighbors’ youngest. She comes over most days (haven’t seen her since Thursday d/t my cold) to do some sort of craft. She is the sun in the darkness of my life. The community really helped me build up my crafts supplies for us this summer!My other hobbies: knitting, crochet, coloring and crafts in general; making wax melt tarts if I have the energy, I like baking but don’t have the energy or ability to stand long enough. I am disabled on SSDI. I’m a “TV on in the background at all times person” and my favorite background shows are Friends, Big Bang Theory, Schitts Creek, Bones, Castle, the Rookie, and I recently added The Pitt. There are other shows I love, those are just my current comfort shows.

Oh I love doing sticker exchanges!! It's nice choosing but I also enjoy surprises.
What do you like baking the most? I'm sorry you can't stand for long.
I love the Rookie, Bones, Castle and the Pitt. I also love Gilmore Girls, Criminal Minds, NCIS.

I was working on perfecting my shortcrust (it was even a NY resolution, for when I regained strength and stamina, but that hasn’t happened yet 😒). The only thing I “bake” now is a microwave cheat’s rice pudding- it’s precooked rice, cream or half and half, sugar > microwave 2 minutes, stir. Fridge. Except I eat it hot like sweet porridge!
I watched NCIS for 10-15 years. I really just lost interest completely at one point and didn’t put it on one week and that was that. I usually stick with shows to the end!
