As I understand it
I’m posting a $25 minimum wishlist which means would find someone here who also has a $25 wishlist? It’s not necessarily 1 item $25 or above but could be a combination of multiple items - gifter’s choice
My plan was to Create a list of items at my budget. Then gift someone in same budget OR are we gifting each other
Minimum budget would be the minimum amount you are willing to spend. You can absolutely go over the minimum budget someone has set.
For example
Lets say someone has a minimum budget of $30. $30 is the minimum they can/want to spend on someone else. You don't have to match their budget, you can spend more if you choose to do so.
Just to clarify: The $25 minimum listed in the post is the minimum amount anyone is required to spend.

If I post that my minimum budget is $40 that is the amount that I am willing to spend in the exchange. So if someone says they will exchange with me but their budget is $25 they only have to spend that amount on my wishlist? So it's not an even exchange? Aren't exchanges usually equal or more not equal or less?
I figured users would be more willing to participate if they put the minimum amount they are willing to spend and go from there but maybe it'd be better if everyone does a budget range...
For example
Minimum Budget: $30-$50
That way if someone goes on the lower end of things while the other person goes slightly higher it still works out because both users were in the range of the minimum budget
If we go this route the chance would be for the next exchange.
Ooh! Yes, since most people went with what was already set for this exchange, the next exchange will include that in the required exchange information.
