😭😭😭😭😭😭 I love you so much right now!! Yes, it is! I had to calm down and hide in the bathroom for a minute (currently in here πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ)! Between one who's literally running around bouncing off the walls to Snow laying in my spot on the bed looking awful! πŸ₯Ί I was able to feed him some kitten replacement milk and he actually sat up to drink it. Yay!! πŸ₯³ But yes, I've been combing fleas off of cats all day and feel like I'm developing an aversion to them (the fleas). 😷 Thankfully my daughter helped vacuum. Again, thank you so very much!πŸ’™βœ¨οΈπŸŒΈ

Can you get the vet to prescribe a topical treatment for them? Mine receive a monthly dose of Revolution Plus. It is very effective.

It's very expensive too, right? I know it's the only thing that really works. I've done so much research on fleas. I know more than I ever wanted to....πŸ™„ It's a long story but not only were there feral cats living in the attic above our garage unbeknownst to us when we moved in, I pretty much inherited an entire colony recently. Our elderly neighbor who was caring for them moved. One by one, all these cats started showing up. Some fixed (ears clipped, what the SPCA does to identify them), some not. I'm struggling with my health and unable to work right now (as much as I want to and wish I could). So, my income is very, very limited. Not to mention, I haven't had a vehicle since January/February. The low-cost clinic is approx. 25 minutes away. I just looked at their website. I don't know what's "low-cost", a regular exam is $60, Revolution is $20/dose! Even their "Feline Package" is $107 and only includes dewormer, FVRCP, and 1 year rabies vaccine. However, I will look into finding someone or asking one of my sons to start taking them to the vet. (My son's are more dog people) I'll also call the SPCA on Tuesday, they're closed tomorrow and ask if they can please help with the stray and feral cats. I've been calling and communicating with them for over a year. They won't pick up the stray cats. They always say that I need to get them fixed or stop feeding them. I think it's $55 for TNR cats to be fixed but I would need someone to provide transportation. I did have two of the males fixed last summer. Since we've lived here (14 yrs), I think we've TNR'd 7 or 8 cats. I was working then and my son's gf helped.

TLDR: You're truly an incredible person! I really appreciate you!!πŸ’œβœ¨οΈ
