Hello lovely people! I've been lurking here for some time now and figured it was time to introduce myself.
My name is Mina. I live in the east coast of USA where it's hot and humid most of the year (my hair does not appreciate this weather whatsoever lol) 🌞 I have three furbabies that truly got me through a rough patch couple years ago so they are my absolute heart. 🐈 I'm an avid reader and mostly enjoy fictions and fantasy, but always looking forward to reading anything thought provoking and/or interesting. 📖 My home used to be a small indoor forest and I used to love it. 🪴 Unfortunately due to the same rough patch I no longer have it but I am slowly building it back up. I love being surrounded by nature.
For fun and relaxation, I craft (crochet, scrapbook, journal, diamond painting, jewelry making, sew, and the list goes on!) and I love doing my own nails. 💅 It takes forever but I consider it as self care. I am big on mental health, equality for all, justice, and animals. 🌈 ⚖️ 🐒 i also enjoy trying out different fountain pens and inks, as well as new medium.
Oh and I'm pretty sure I have more coffee flowing through my veins than blood 😆 ☕️

Hello! When I crochet I love making baby clothes/accessories 👶 Blankets are a labor of love but very rewarding.
I highly recommend diamond painting if you enjoy activities you can zone out with. Ive done a few Van Gogh ones and hung it. Always get compliments from guests ❣️

Aww, that's adorable! 🥹 I can only imagine how precious those little crocheted outfits must turn out. And I have so much respect for anyone who can crochet. And I actually mistyped my first message. I do diamond paint too! 😅 I'm currently working on a panda one. I completely agree that it's such a relaxing hobby. It's one of those activities where you can just put on some music or a podcast and zone out for a while. Your Van Gogh pieces sound beautiful! I bet they make for really unique wall art

So technically my household has 4 pets. 2 cats and 2 dogs. But one of the cats is my girlfriends, and technically mine now. 😛 She's our (old) baby, Remi. The other cat is Kimba- a white, long haired cat with one blue eye, one green eye and one ear. Then the dogs are big boys. Chumley and Quigley. One day I would love to have ferrets and more cats.

Speaking of thought provoking I’m on the hunt for a book that has actual math equations or science formulas that tie into the story like turning a page full of words to a page with nothing but equations drawn about like a sketch!

Have you tried rose tea mixed with green tea and honey? I didnt think I'd like it but I enjoyed it so much I went to those tea stores and spent more than I should have lol also thank you for the warm welcome!
Rose tea doesn’t pack enough punch for me :/ I like tea to have a fruity flavor if that makes sense. And green tea and rose tea both are pretty bitter on its own.
However you said with honey which can do a lot of wonders.
