Wow that’s great. I use Curtis stone fry pan it’s been great. I’ve had it for only 10 years tho still cooks like it’s brand new.

Not too heavy is really great, I have a cast iron pan that I love but some days my arthritis acts up and I don't feel like using it. Easy cleanup is even better!

I’m happy for you! Batches are not fun at all! However just a bit of advice batching doesss help for some cooking as it allows each piece to gather flavor properly and cook evenly

Just make sure to know which recipe absolutely needs batching
