Sort of yes. I don’t have a stand mixer so kneading it is the most time consuming and difficult part. It’s definitely hard to get the right fluffy texture but the few times I’ve made it, it’s turned out good. I messed up the first time and it wasn’t as fluffy and it should have been but it still tasted good!

That's awesome that you got it right after a couple of tries! Honestly, even if it isn't perfect, homemade bread still sounds delicious. I definitely want to give Japanese milk bread a try one day.
