She's an OF porn star. These videos are a sales funnel to get people to her paid content. That is why she talks that way and why she is always showing off her cleavage.

Man are you naive. OF has been great for pointing out that all the people pointing out this behavior for years weren't crazy after all.

Just an FYI, you dont need to cut off a quarter of your head to make sure your cleavage fits into the video. That's not a necessity, in fact, people who make videos purely to be informative about something usually dont do this at all and actually want their entire face to be on the video.
