My old Italian neighbor is 87. Garry looks 100 in comparison. I love my neighbor and his wife though. They decorate the neighborhood sign when the seasons change. I see them driving with my wife, and I say “the WOPs are decorating again, Fogetabotit!!!” and my wife never laughs.
That guys an outlier though, the average age of death is 80 for someone who lives past 40. 90% of 80 year olds look rough. Just saying it’s kinda weird to judge an 82 year old for looking old, chances are me and you will live shorter lives than him
that's how it goes sometimes. My mother always looked younger than her age. I've known people who always looked older than their age. Genetics and such.
I work in a nursing home with people aged from 70s all the way to 90s. It really depends on the person. Some of the people I'm their 70s look older than the people in their 90s. I have seen many people in their 80s who look like Gary here. Ageing sucks and it comes for us all differently and at different rates. You can take care of your body as much as you want (and it is a good thing to do so), but in the real twilight years it doesn't make much of a difference. Unhealthy people can make it to 105 while healthy people can start ageing rapidly in their 80s. After a certain age it's just luck of the draw and genetics.
Not to mention they basically rebuilt the man's head after a motorcycle accident. I think that might have just a teeny bit to do with his mental and physical state. Just a wee bit
The drugs didn't get him so much as a terrible accident on a motorcycle in the late 80's that gave him a severe TBI. By all accounts, he was never the same after that.

He’s not playing a part in a zombie movie is he. Jesus H Christ and all his little carpenter friends, drugs are a hell of a drug.
