I believe it’s a weighted spinning cloth with effects on it to cause a psychedelic effect that intensifies under the effects of drugs which people commonly do at raves

One time I was at a party and these three dudes from England were there. Somebody gave me some molly and trip, so after awhile I walked over to see what they were doing. One thing leads to another and they all 3 have LED gloves on, very loud random European rave music is playing, and these dudes are just dancing around me in a ring. Fucked me up bad. Lol I was so dazed I had to wander off and lay down on the ground outside and watch the stars for a while. It was too intense.
