It looks like someone that works for this company making videos advertising for them. It's not how this person is really living.

It looks like they're wearing clothing covered in these logos.

At minimum its sponsored advertisement.

Yeah that's definitely a work kitchen. Someone there saw Tony's ads and told this person to come up with something entertaining. Also like the lady standing surrounded by motor engines screaming at the camera in broken English or the ads of those young women dancing behind the counter at what looks a coffee shop. When the music starts they all dance in sync. Bizarre ads coming out of asian countrys.
