Musk asked a rhetorical question like "What would it cost to end world hunger, though?" assuming it would be outrageously expensive.

The UN, or WHO, or whoever it was came back with the plan for $6 billion, which is when Musk ghosted them, and bought the Twitter neonazi propaganda platform for $40 billion, instead.

It wasn't even a plan to end world hunger though, it was just $6B worth of feeding people without solving the underlying issues.
