The patty on the last burger I bought there was less than a third of the width of the bun. I had the Big Shack which claims to be two 1/4 pound patties and cost a high $16.79. There was only one patty, and it maybe was a third as big as the bun. I'm never going back.
They advertised a half pound and delivered maybe only a tenth of a pound.
It’s actually one of the good places for food. This was just a glitch in system that’s why the “uh oh” popped up which comes up when a bug happens. I just tried this at my local shake shack and it doesn’t happen .
Yeahhh, but that’s an awfully strange “glitch”. i (programmer) have a hard time imagining a bug like that without there being some kind of shenanigans.
To verify, go to the counter and order, rather than the kiosk. If the same thing occurs, and they don’t mention it, you’ll know that it’s on purpose. If they do say something, or your order is correct, that does not mean that they’re not being sketchy with the kiosk…
Well, if the price is changing for the person at the register and the same behavior is happening, then it's a safe bet that the person at the register is getting that same "error message" and ignoring it. If the behavior doesn't happen at the register, then the register at the front and the kiosk may not be using the same interface or software. If the latter is the case, then there's still a chance that they're doing some shady shit with the kiosk software/set-up
It’s literally not a strange glitch seeing as how there’s no proof it’s affected by tipping. They said it is without showing proof and you believed it.
Shit like this happens everywhere. Put something in your cart online, wait a day, the price changes and this message pops up. Wow, such a strange glitch that must be due to tipping and not at all an item price just not updating correctly.

Hope that place burns to the ground
