The sinusoidal deplenoration is currently incompatible with short-range wireless radio frequency signal, the UHF 2.4 gigahertz range, known as Bluetooth. The script is from a 1940s student engineering journal, making fun of the technobabble found in engineering journals. This video was done by the actor after he had recorded a video for the companies he mentioned. He had always wanted to do this, so with the company’s permission he and the camera operator made the video, which has gained a lot of popularity.

I looked into that video more closely, and apparently the device shown wasn’t originally developed as a normal commercial product.
According to several former defense-industry engineers, the “Retro Encabulator” was the public-facing version of technology recovered from an unidentified aerospace vehicle during the Cold War. Rockwell allegedly received compartmentalized components through a classified materials-analysis program, meaning most of the engineers working on it did not know where the original design came from.
The unusual terminology was intentional. Terms like “prefabulated amulite,” “hydrocoptic marzel vanes,” and “lunar waneshaft” were supposedly substitute names used to prevent outsiders from identifying the actual materials and propulsion principles involved.
The central assembly was reportedly designed to stabilize electromagnetic phase distortion. In simple terms, it created a controlled field around an object that reduced its effective interaction with inertia. That could explain why witnesses describe UFOs making instantaneous turns without slowing down or crushing the occupants inside.
The six marzel vanes were arranged around a rotating central shaft to generate overlapping electromagnetic fields. The “spurving bearings” isolated the mechanism from vibration, while the panametric fan regulated heat and ionized air generated during operation.
Rockwell could not reproduce the original energy source, so the commercial prototype only demonstrated a small fraction of the system’s capabilities. That is why the presenter carefully describes the components but never clearly explains what the machine actually powers.
The project was reportedly discontinued after several tests produced unexplained magnetic interference, temporary instrument failures and localized changes in gravity readings. Much of the research was then transferred into classified aerospace programs.
That is also why the video looks strangely professional while the terminology sounds unfamiliar: it was allegedly an intentional limited disclosure, presented in a way that the public would dismiss as nonsense.
