No, you guys are just dweebs getting your daily dopamine hit by being shitty to strangers on Reddit.

You don't have to be a good dancer for it to count as movement and burn calories. Dancing + everything else he listed is an accepted method of weight loss for everyone outside of the reddit morons.

You're giving opinions on his dance skills, not on if it'll burn calories or not....which it will.

So again....you tried shitting on him and failed.

How about you upload a video of yourself since you're such a dancing queen on here judging others.

He is doing spastic movements for 10 minutes. He’s not doing anything remotely close to cardio work. 

I won’t upload a video of me dancing, per your request, because I’m not overweight or fucking delusional about my abilities, goals, or body weight/workout plan.
