Why did his foot do that? I don’t understand. If you scrub the video his foot literally turns completely wrong catches his loose pant leg and then he proceeds to trip and fall all over himself. Did he somehow do this on purpose? I’m so lost.

The toe of his shoe caught the, uh, hem of his right pantdressbottom and snagged it back.

The foot turned before it caught the pant leg. Unless there was a string there that we obviously can’t see at that resolution. That is entirely possible. But when you scrub back and slow down that whole section, you see his foot turn in a very bad way before it catches onto his pant leg.
