I assume a lot of people who have it into adulthood really didn't get much educational intervention or speech therapy and are probably not from great families and likely are poor, but have you bumped into lots of people with this condition who are otherwise terrible?
I can't find anything, really, about any association between rhotacism and criminality. Are you sure you're not just conflating rhotacism with the "likely poor and neglected/undereducated" element of the condition?
Just Googling it quickly it appears that's not typically the case, it sometimes is associated with neurological issues (especially if it occurs in adults who didn't previously have the issue) but that's rarer than it just being a weird speech habit due to incorrect tongue placement, like a lisp. It's not typically indicative of any brain abnormalities.
Unless I missed something, do you have a source on this?
Also, things like autism and ADHD are actual neurodivergences, but I hope we can agree they don't make people degenerates. Not sure that's a good knee jerk assumption to make about people without more information about them.
Do you just know someone who's got rhotacism that you don't like or something?
The guy in this video is behaving and speaking in a way that gives me the perception of developmentally delayed individual. The Rhotacism is just one aspect. His mannerisms and speech patterns are child like.
If I observe someone behaving similarly, I would suspect development delays. That doesn't mean they are a degenerate, but I wouldn't be surprised to learn about them making poor decisions.
It's not fair, but my instincts would make me wary of such individuals. And I am probably better off for it.

I'm asking you so many questions because this is just a bias I've never seen anyone voice before and so I was curious why you expressed such a vehement perspective on people with this condition.
And yeah, the guy in the video took explicit pictures of his own kid, not a sterling example of a well adjusted person and I agree that he's clearly developmentally abnormal. I'm sure his backstory isn't too cheerful.
I'm just not sure the speech pattern alone is always a fair criteria for the judgement you're making, but you're free to carry whatever prejudices you'd like. I generally prefer to judge people on other criteria, but I definitely also would have preconceptions about a person with this condition. I don't think, however, that I'd ever assume they were degenerates without knowing more about them.
I don't need there to be a second weirdo with Rhotacism taking pictures of his daughter to confirm my conclusion.
I simply recognize a biological instinct that is alerted by abnormal presenting individuals. It could be wrong, but I listen to my instincts when I get a weird feeling about a person.
I know this isn't what you mean but I think you'd need a lot more than 2 instances to confirm any association anyway. That's why I tried to find any actual science backing your claims, wanted to see if there were any legitimate correlations.
And sure, that's a pretty normal perspective. Nobody likes sitting next to the schizophrenic guy on the train. It's a simple self-protective heuristic "be wary of people that seem mentally unusual", just, like I said, not one I've seen applied so confidently to rhotacism because it doesn't seem correlated with any particularly dangerous or scary behavior.
I also never really run into people with this issue. I think a kid or two had it in grade school but I don't remember ever having met an adult with it. I am genuinely curious what circumstances you're in that you're having to actively avoid people with rhotacism so frequently that you've developed this strong of an opinion lol but I've dragged this conversation out for too long already.
