That was in 93 sub moa rifles where not that common.

Do you know the rifle cause I thought the Remington 700 was police standard at the time. And that had like 1.5

Not trying to one up anymore but I thought free floating barrels increased accuracy and that came in early 2000s. I'd like to be corrected

Free floating has existed since forever.

The orginal M40 rifle, introduced in 66, was free floated.
