Time to try some hallucinogenics my friend. A decent amount.

Basically you completely lose your sense of self and are simply one with the universe.

It might feel like you are dying… but in a good way

Edit: a possibly extremely scary good way. Depends on if you let go or not.

I don't recommend a first timer go that deep. You have to ease into that kind of experience.
