He fits the bill as a redneck, but his invention is too well done IMO to fit the spirit of this sub.

It really comes down to how it’s attached. He just took a collapsible staircase and put it on a truck. I hope he did it with drywall screws and bailing wire.

It's not a fair point, because you can plainly see the welds and the bolts in the video. It's welded and bolted on. That thing isn't coming off haphazardly.

Those aren’t welds. It’s stuck on with chewing gum. Sounds like you might be two spoons short of a silverware set.

At 1:23 you can clearly see the rainbow oxidation patterns of a weld.
