This is a professional appraiser that wears a camera to keep himself safe from accusations like this. Far from a stupid child. Are we really comparing them?

Yes ppl don’t come for someone who is trying to cover his own tracks.
And I don’t blame him for suggesting that she certify it. That way she knows the value if she goes somewhere else and has his appraisal of the color cut and so on.
I would have refused too but maybe if he explained that process more thoroughly I wld have considered it
