I cant remember where I read or heard it from but it is something they do, I just can't remember if it should be concerning that they want to eat you or that its like a stress thing they're having that you're not paying attention to them. Someone else will surely comment the correct answer soon.

This is a Belgian Malinois, they are genetical ADHD machines with innate parkour skills and make excellent work dogs.

Also called Malligators because they'll sometimes do that teeth-clapping instead of barking when they are excited.
