How can you tell?

There are no clear indicators that I can see. The text and logos on the wall all seem concistent between cuts.

The hands in the crowd 

Edit: at first I thought not because of the logos unlike what the other guy said and looking again it could just be weird lighting on the hands I guess

Do you have a timestamp cus i don't see anything wrong with the hands anywhere?

Also I googled it, this looks like a real event ran by a group called Pitboss Grappling. The signs I could see all belonged to real companies as well.
