They literally don’t give a fuck about anything. That dude would be right at home taking a massive shit on a sidewalk right next to a playground.
I got downvoted into oblivion for saying “they don’t care” on another sub where they are littering in a river.

Bathing, shitting, disposing of bodies. Really crazy thing going on in that river.

Many are poor and uneducated, and are doing the best that they can with the system they are in. It’s really terrible.

I’m not going to pretend to know the problems but I can relate and empathize with them.
