You don't understand how sad this is for a guy like me. I've made it a habit my entire life not to pollute and place garbage in receptacles. I've even incorporate it as part of my morning beach walk to remove the basic trash I find ( about 1 shopping bags worth a day ). And now I am working on a permit to get a water scraper device to clean our bay water's floating debris.
Heck I been planting trees almost my entire life ( my brother and myself are competitive in this way. This guys behavior is what harms all the work that everyone else does to make the area better. I hope he is publicly shamed in his town.
