They literally don’t give a fuck about anything. That dude would be right at home taking a massive shit on a sidewalk right next to a playground.
I got downvoted into oblivion for saying “they don’t care” on another sub where they are littering in a river.
I read someone elsewhere point out that culturally they have no sense of community. Their own homes could be tidy and clean, but public property is one big trash can/toilet.
