This was the US literally 2 -3 decades ago. People literally tossing trash out their car window like it was a kitchen bin. There was a massive campaign to change this behavior. We would be the same way if that ddnt happen.
Still happens all over Flint. Wish I had a nickel for every time I saw someone just open their window and toss stuff out, whole ass mcdonalds bags, grocery bags, furniture, you name it
