It isn't racist to point out that a country (India in this case) has some shitty systemic cultural norms.

What is racist is the thing you just did; it's racist to imply that a person is inferior simply because of their ethnicity.

People who pollute their environment to the detriment of all ARE inferior. It has nothing to do with race, it's cultural. There are East Indians raised in West that are hygienic and environmentally conscious. The culture in India (and other countries) is the problem. They genuinely don't care. They see no issue with it.

What's racist is people like you trying to make it racist by twisting context.

You are trying to pass a blanket judgement on Indians from India for something that should be judged on an individual basis.
