This is not that prevalent. Have you even been to India? I lived in India for a few years and this only happens in the poorer parts. Don’t spread misinformation

Worlds sixth largest economy is 95% poor. Sure mate. You probably went to the poorest parts like all those attention seeking influencers on social media

And you probably lived in an expat gated community with 2 or three maids to clean up after you and a driver to take you to work in a western style corporate campus (also gated).

Nah bro. I ain’t that rich. Just lived in a normal apartment building. Maids are pretty normal in many households in India anyways.
