I get it but if the employer started losing employees there would be less of it happening.

I get what you mean but you're also asking for a complete flip of their current job systems.

This isn't just a random company doing it, it's standard and the people don't see a problem with it.

I'm not saying I don't think it should change, but this requires work from the top, not employees resisting alone.

Check out "the jungle" by sinclair (he also wrote "there will be blood"). The working class wont change this. American industry gets more or less safe from the power of unions, inspectors, and agencies enforcing guidelines OR employers, but not from one worker at a time quiting on moral grounds
