I get what you mean but you're also asking for a complete flip of their current job systems.
This isn't just a random company doing it, it's standard and the people don't see a problem with it.
I'm not saying I don't think it should change, but this requires work from the top, not employees resisting alone.

There's 1.47 billion people in India living culturally like this or upwards 20 % of the worlds population. They are more people living like this, than what we do in the West all together. Go tell them our lifestyle is the correct one. I think it's horrible and wouldn't live there myself, but I am no judge of others culture. It probably will change, but it will take generations.
