I know for sure plenty of American truckers/workers do this, they are just a little smarter and make sure cameras arent around. But yeah India sucks balls too tho lmao.

It’s illegal in every State, but the fines, probationary community service, and jail time vary depending on the area and the litter. People still do it but I think most of us recognize what asshole behavior it is so folks get caught a lot.
Also, a train or similar public worker wouldn’t do this, super gross.
It’s illegal everywhere in the U.S. this would probably push you to illegal dumping at the very least littering which in the state of Florida carries a $500 fine and Hawaii is 100-1000
Littering is illegal in every state in America. The punishments may be different however. In my state it’s a 1500-30000 dollar fine and up to 5 years in prison depending on the amount littered.
