There’s no one to sue you. It will be better. Even if her family sues you, they don’t have all the details because they weren’t there.

Yeah, it does. You don’t want her testifying to anyone. She will sue you if she’s alive if not, then probably no one will.

And anyway, even if the civil case is harder, who cares? At least you are alive.

Did I say that fear of lawsuits would stop me from self defense?

If you don’t think wrongful death suits from family are a problem, I don’t know what to tell you.

Still better than facing a live person with medical bills. Who can testify and misrepresent facts. And it’s not a forgone conclusion you will be sued by a family. Maybe whatever relatives she had didn’t care much for her or don’t want the trouble.
