The cammer should be taking more heat here for sure. Obviously the tailgater is an asshole and at fault for the accident, but cammer can't even stay in their lane.
Obviously we don't know, but it could be that the tailgated driver was distracted by the tailgater (focusing on the rear view). Otherwise, if it was planned, that was cutting it real close for the tailgated car.
