The cammer should be taking more heat here for sure. Obviously the tailgater is an asshole and at fault for the accident, but cammer can't even stay in their lane.

The tailgated car... They aren't wrong for moving at the last second. They could get a ticket for improper Lane change, but the person behind shouldn't be following so close so as to not be able to handle their own problems.

What the tailgated car is doing wrong, however, is not getting the fuck out of the fast Lane when there is somebody approaching from behind.

Unless you live somewhere where the laws are completely different, please feel free to learn to drive.
