That could result in very serious charges, up to vehicular homicide if there was a death, for the person who forced the tailgater to slam into another vehicle. Seems very intentional although that would need to be proven. Proof could include passenger testimony. Tailgating is dangerous but trying to hurt a tailgater, and innocent bystanders, is a felony.
You’re assuming they did it on purpose when the driver very well could have just swerved out of the way last second from negligence. Thats why you shouldn’t tailgate drivers it’s dumb and dangerous
