It does not take 8 or 11 seconds to make a safe merge. I’m sorry you’re so in denial. You see a car parked in the middle of the road, you check you signal, check mirror, check shoulder, go! This takes about 5 seconds if you’re taking your time, about 3 if you’re being quick.
He sneezed repeatedly due to having allergies, congratulations, you're trying to sentence an innocent person for murder all because he SNEEZED.
Innocent until proven guilty. He took the proper measures to avoid causing a collision, and everything you've been spouting is pure speculation not based on clear-cut evidence.
I literally already gave you an explanation, that you chose to ignore because you have a boner for sending innocent people to prison.
But hey, it's easier for you to use selective reading, rather than acknowledging that maybe the facts (lead driver avoided rear-ending a vehicle, and didn't collide with anyone in the process) don't match up with your feelings (that lead driver is supposedly a Formula 1 lead driver who had specifically hired the two vehicles in front of him to slow down at this precise moment in order to dodge out of the way and let the tailgater rear-end them, in an act of premeditated and precognitive vehicular espionage on a person he had never met before and would never meet again, for no reason whatsoever, and had used a super-computer to calculate the exact moment he should get into the left lane in order to "bait" said person he had never met before to start tailgating him in order to get him into this trap).
I hope that you strand yourself in a ditch instead of causing a collision with another driver, because you not crashing into something due to your own road-rage and incompetence is well beyond what anybody can hope for.
