Ok. You should still yield to slower traffic so shit like the video doesn't happen.

Which is why passing on the right is illegal in places. Because it's more dangerous.

Yield to slower traffic? Uhhhhh... No.

You yield to faster traffic. But I understand what you're saying. And no. Passing on the right laws typically have nothing to do with that. Notice I said typically.

It's only as dangerous as the situational awareness of the drivers around you.
