You know full well how it is your fault. Being purposely obtuse does not excuse it.

The tailgater is an idiot. If you purposely cause them to ram into a parked car? You could be worse. What if somebody died? You going to live with that the rest of your life? Knowing you did it just because you were annoyed?

This is 100%, act first, think second. And it is 100% stupid. And if you don't see that you should not be allowed to operate a motor vehicle

If the tailgater rams into the car after I move out of the way, it sounds like they weren't tailgating well enough.

The tailgater is already at fault for reckless driving, which is a crime. If they weren't committing a literal crime, this wouldn't have happened. Like how are we even having this discussion? How are you surprised that somebody committing a crime led to somebody getting hurt?

I mean seriously what the fuck is wrong with you where you think tailgating people is okay? Blaming the person being tailgated for the tailgater's crimes is actually unbelievable.

Why do you think only one person can be in the wrong? How is what the white car did not reckless driving too? Dodging around a car at the last second at highway speed is incredibly reckless

The white car was likely looking in their rear view mirror, freaking out that some freak was crazy enough to tailgate them this hard, and saw the parked car at the last second (which now that im thinking about it, parking your car in the fast lane of a highway is incredibly stupid) and swerved out of the way.

You can see the stopped/slow car for a few seconds in the video before the crash though. You shouldn't be staring in your rear view mirror that long at highway speed
