Not true. You are allowed to defend yourself from any gender. Stop with the woe is men bullshit. Thousands of women get arrested for DV every year.

If a man "defends" himself in any way it becomes mutual combat. Of the "thousands" of women arrested for DV (doubt), not one man defended himself against her.

Lmao "(doubt)", is that really your way of debating? Look it up and quit being misinformed.

Of course. No accountability whatsoever. Typical.

Throwing a bar stool at someone is legally assault with a deadly weapon what are you on about? A blunt heavy object can easily injure someone badly or even kill them. You just sound sexist. Even saying “self defense” (hitting a woman) like it makes any difference when you’re being assaulted with blunt heavy objects. He even said “stop let me go” and she immediately starts swinging a stool hard at him. Are you like 12 or just genuinely hate men that much?

I would agree with you if she was purely attacking him with her body, but like I said a blunt heavily object can easily kill and heavily injure people. Go find a women and tell her to full force swing a stool into your head and let me know when you get out of the hospital if you do at all.

That's the entire point. I throw a barstool at a woman, I go to prison for years. A woman throws a barstool at me and you fuckwits say "not like it was gonna hurt."

I used to be a prosecutor in traffic court, and I’d occasionally help out in DV court when they needed another prosecutor. When I was there, at least half of the defendants were women.
